While television audiences remember her as Endora from Bewitched—a role that earned her five Emmy Awards—and film fans recall her appearances in Citizen Kane, The Magnificent Ambersons, Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte, and The Twilight Zone, it was on the radio that she truly excelled as a performer of mystery and suspense.
